Most packages arrive 2 - 5 business days after being ordered, although it can take up to 8 business days.
All order confirmations include an order number (which will look something like USA123456) and after an order is shipped you will also receive an email with tracking information. This way you can track your package directly with the shipping carrier. If you have any issues with tracking, or if your package does not arrive, please contact us at hello@vertellis.com.
